About the course
Approaching the world of wine means entering a dimension made of history, culture and sensations. Our wine appreciation courses were created precisely to guide you along this path, making a universe often perceived as complex accessible and engaging.
During the course you’ll learn to observe wine attentively, to recognise its characteristics and understand its nuances, training your senses and acquiring a new way of enjoying wine: more attentive, more curious, more rewarding.
Our Wine Appreciation Course will guide you on a fascinating journey through history, aromas and flavours, with a practical, engaging approach designed to be accessible to everyone: no previous experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to get involved.
Whether you want to deepen a personal passion, improve your skills at the table or simply enjoy something new, this course is the ideal starting point. More than a course, it’s an experience to live: a chance to slow down, share and discover wine authentically, guided by professionals in a welcoming, stimulating setting.
Where and when the course takes place
In 2026 we have 3 wine appreciation courses scheduled:
WINTER EDITION – 18 February to 18 March (SOLD OUT)
SPRING EDITION – 29 April to 30 May (SOLD OUT)
FALL EDITION – 30 September to 28 October
Each edition is structured as follows:
5 sessions
Every Wednesday from 7.30 pm to 10 pm

- Winemaking: from the bunch to the glass: the winemaking process
- Italy’s white wines: a journey from North to South
Lesson 3 โ Ageing and red wines
- Ageing: the evolution of wine
- Italy’s red wines: a journey from North to South
Lesson 4 โ Special wines
- Sparkling wines: techniques and stories
- Sweet wines: passito and botrytised wines
Lesson 5 โ Food and wine pairing
- Rules and practical examples for a perfect match

From the first lesson, every participant receives a folder with all the materials needed to follow the lessons and technical tastings.
After each lesson there’s a buffet, so nobody leaves the winery on an empty stomach!
