The experience opens with a <strong>guided tour of our estate<\/strong>, to get to the heart of our history and our production. Then, a <strong>dough-making and rolling workshop<\/strong>: from simple ingredients, water and flour, you&#8217;ll shape the pincinelle, which will then be served in two interpretations.
